I'm getting old...lol and i'm really starting to feel my mortality. My bones click, various parts of my body ache for no apparent reason. I just recently got my myself a pair of reading glasses as smaller prints is fuzzy to me without them. Recently, i've thought out about kicking off and what would happen to my family. I know that it's sort of morbid, but it is reality. I've been serioulsy considering Life Insurance now. We never can tell what the future has store in us. And i dont know why, but every so often it happen. I dont do anything could even be considered acrobatic and my back will tease up and I'll end up flat on my back. I've take some muscle relaxers, but so far they haven't helped much. I also sat in our massage chair for quite a bit last nite and i can at least walk around now. I may have to shell out the $60 for my chiropractor and have him slip it back into place.
